Clean sweep: how often should you really clean these 5 office items?

Door handles and light switches are another common office touchpoint that needs daily disinfecting to keep staff healthy. And don’t forget the kitchen or break room cupboard handles and drawer pulls; ditto the handles on any filing or storage cabinets.

5. Windows, sills, and coverings

Clean, streak and dust-free windows and blinds make any office a healthier, more professional work environment. Once a month, be sure to wipe windows and sills down with a streak-free cleaner like a 1:1 mix of vinegar and water, and then vacuum or use a damp cloth to clean window coverings.
